Why getting busier is costing you leads
More enquiries should mean more clients. For a lot of growing businesses, it just means more people going cold in the inbox.
Sound familiar?
When it's quiet, you're on it. Every enquiry gets a lovely reply, you remember who said what, and nobody slips through.
Then it gets busy.
Nobody decided to ignore those people. There just wasn't anyone free to reply.

This isn't about being disorganised or not caring enough. You clearly care, or you wouldn't be replying at 9pm.
It's that you're the only one who can do everything. Every reply, every follow-up, every "I'll get back to you". That works for a while. It doesn't grow with you.
Your business has outgrown the way it's set up. That's all. And that can be sorted.
You are not the system. Your CRM should be.
What happens when it works?
Going from a handful of enquiries a week to ten or twenty sounds like the dream. And it is, right up until you're trying to reply fast, follow up properly and remember every conversation, all by hand, around the actual work.
That's the trap. You did the hard bit. Someone found you, liked what they saw and got in touch. Then the lead goes cold at the very last step, because there wasn't a system there to catch it.
Who's running it
I've been the organised one behind busy people since 2012. I supported senior leaders, including Government figures, before specialising in CRMs, automation and the journey from first enquiry to booked-in client.
These days I build the systems that reply, follow up and look after your clients for you, in GoHighLevel and Systeme.io, so none of it depends on you remembering.
I'm not here to make you feel bad for doing it all by hand. I'm here because there has to be a better way of doing this. And there is.
